Terms of Use
Effective Date: September 3, 2026
FIAD.DEV ("FIAD", "we", "us" or "our") is currently operated by Arkaprabho Ghosh, India.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of FIAD.DEV, including applications, profiles, cohorts, assessments and related services.
By accessing or using FIAD, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. What FIAD Is
FIAD is an early-stage platform building structured pathways intended to help specialised experts prepare for, demonstrate and be considered for relevant AI evaluation and improvement opportunities.
FIAD may provide or facilitate: expert applications, profile review, specialised cohorts, preparation or training, assessments, vetting pathways, expert networks, and communication regarding relevant opportunities.
FIAD's services and features may evolve over time.
2. FIAD Is Not an Employment Guarantee
Creating an account, submitting an application, joining a cohort, completing preparation, passing an assessment, or receiving FIAD Vetted status does not guarantee employment, a job, a specific project, a minimum amount of work, a minimum income, or future project availability. Any specific opportunity depends on relevant requirements and availability.
3. No Payment Required From Experts
FIAD does not charge experts to create an account, submit an application, participate in a standard FIAD review process, access a standard FIAD assessment, or earn eligibility for consideration for relevant opportunities.
FIAD will not ask you to pay money in exchange for a job, project, assessment result, or guaranteed opportunity. If someone claiming to represent FIAD asks you for such a payment, contact us at contact.fiad@gmail.com before making any payment.
4. Applications and Eligibility
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into a cohort, pathway, assessment, or opportunity. FIAD may review applications based on relevant expertise, experience, language capability, assessment requirements, project requirements, and availability of relevant pathways. FIAD may accept, decline, or request additional information regarding an application. A decision relating to one pathway does not necessarily determine eligibility for future pathways.
5. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide information that is accurate and not knowingly misleading. You must not impersonate another person, submit false qualifications, submit fraudulent documents, misrepresent your experience, create accounts for another person without authorisation, or attempt to manipulate an assessment or verification process. Materially false information may result in rejection, suspension, or removal from relevant FIAD pathways.
6. Assessments
Certain FIAD pathways may involve assessments. FIAD may specify permitted tools, restricted or prohibited tools, whether AI tools may be used, assessment rules, time limits, and other integrity requirements. You agree to follow the instructions provided for the relevant assessment. Failure to follow applicable rules may affect your assessment outcome or eligibility. FIAD may use reasonable methods to review assessment integrity but does not claim any assessment system is completely immune from misconduct or unauthorised assistance.
7. FIAD Vetted Status
FIAD Vetted status may indicate that an individual has met the applicable requirements of a particular FIAD pathway or assessment. It is not a government certification, a professional licence, an academic qualification, or a guarantee of employment, income, or project allocation. Requirements may vary between pathways and domains.
8. Opportunities and Project Consideration
FIAD may communicate relevant opportunities to eligible experts. Opportunities may not always be available, not every expert will receive the same opportunities, project requirements may change, and clients or project partners may have additional requirements. A FIAD profile or FIAD Vetted status does not guarantee access to work.
9. Payments
Payment arrangements, where applicable, depend on the relevant project or engagement. Before beginning a paid engagement, relevant information may be provided regarding the nature of the work, payment arrangements, applicable conditions, and any separate agreement required. FIAD does not guarantee a particular payment amount or frequency unless expressly agreed for a specific engagement.
10. Intellectual Property
The FIAD website, branding, assessments, workflows, written materials, and other proprietary content may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, or misuse FIAD materials without permission, except where permitted by law. Assessment materials must not be publicly shared unless FIAD expressly permits it.
11. Acceptable Use
You must not use FIAD to commit fraud, harass others, interfere with platform security, gain unauthorised access, distribute malicious software, collect user information without authorisation, misuse assessments or confidential information, or violate applicable law.
12. Third-Party Services
FIAD may use third-party service providers for functions such as authentication, hosting, data storage, communication, document processing, AI-assisted information extraction, and security and platform operations. Those providers may have their own applicable terms and privacy practices.
13. Suspension or Restriction
FIAD may reasonably restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect platform security, investigate suspected fraud, enforce applicable rules, or comply with legal obligations.
14. Platform Availability
FIAD is an early-stage platform. Features may change, be modified, or become temporarily unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FIAD will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from lack of project availability, failure to receive a particular opportunity, changes to client requirements, decisions made by third-party clients, or temporary interruption of platform services. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
16. Changes to These Terms
FIAD may update these Terms as the platform evolves. The latest version will be published on FIAD.DEV with an updated effective date.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of India.
